Mahendra Singh arbeitet als Wissenschaftler und Informatiker im Competence Center Energietechnologien und Energiesysteme. Er hat ein gemeinsames Doktorat am Institut polytechnique de Grenoble, Frankreich und am Europäischen Innovations- und Technologieinstitut (EIT) absolviert. Während seiner Promotion arbeitete er im Bereich Energiemanagement, intelligenter Gebäude und Innovation. Bevor er die Stelle am Fraunhofer ISI antrat, arbeitete er als promovierter Wissenschaftler am Maersk McKinney Moller Institut in Dänemark. Seine aktuelle Forschungsaktivitäten umfassen energie- und datenbezogene Projekte.
