The Innovation Acceptance Unit examines the social prerequisites and consequences of technology and knowledge transfer processes. Our focus is on the challenges and opportunities in transferring innovative solutions with a large distance between the context of creation and use.

We firmly believe that when many people work together, they can achieve more than individuals acting alone. That is why we developed the Crowd Innovation Platform, where crowdsourcing and crowdfunding are not just buzzwords but active forms of participation that enable people to actively help shape real change and measure positive impact using scientifically sound methods.

The Innovation Policy and Transfer Design Unit provides evidence-based support to policy makers, companies and the transfer community in making decisions for a sustainable transformation of innovation systems and organizations.
