Merve Yorulmaz

From 2011 to 2014, Merve Yorulmaz studied Intercultural Management and Communication in Karlsruhe. After spending a semester abroad at the Marmara University in Istanbul, she gained practical experiences during internships at MLP, Böning Consult and AHP International, specializing in the fields of foreign trade consulting, business coaching, leadership and diversity. Thereafter she pursued a Master's program in Management, Culture and English Linguistics at the University of Mannheim, during which she worked as a tutor at the Chair of English Lingusitics and as a scientific assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, where she asissted in a research project examining career paths in academia. She completed her studies in 2018 with a Master's thesis on “Contingent Effects of Management Gender Diversity, Industry Context and Gender on Perceptions of Organizational Attractiveness – A Male Advantage“. In February 2019, Merve Yorulmaz joined the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research as a scientific assistant in the Business Unit Societal Change and Innovation in the Competence Center Policy and Society .
