Development of a hybrid scenario process to support strategic foresight of companies (2025)

Background & objective

Within the framework of strategic foresight, the partner company is constrained by limited hu-man and financial resources, intricate and resource-heavy decision-making procedures, and a lack of proficiency in utilizing AI-enabled foresight tools. To address this challenge, a hybrid, AI-supported scenario process was developed for the company.
