Lisa Neusel, M. Sc.

Researcher

Lisa Neusel is working as a researcher in the Energy Efficiency business unit of the Competence Center Energy Technologies and Energy Systems at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI since January 2019.

Her research areas include the analysis of energy efficiency potentials and the evaluation of decarbonisation strategies in the industrial sector. Further projects of her work deal with non-energy benefits of energy efficiency measures and energy-related economic considerations in the industrial sector.

She studied electrical engineering and information technology with a focus on renewable energies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where she graduated in 2017 with a master's thesis on the development of highly efficient silicon solar cells at the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE.
