Studied business administration (B.Sc.) at Pforzheim University with a focus on personnel management. First work experience as a vocational trainer and in a personnel department. 

Has been working in Human Resources at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI as a HR Representative and trainer since October 2011.
