HR Manager
Michael Becker has been HR Manager at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI since 1 September 2025.
He has more than 25 years of experience in human resources with comprehensive expertise in human resources management, human resources administration, payroll accounting, human resources controlling and human resources development. His management experience includes leading HR departments with up to 25 employees and the strategic and operational development of HR processes. His work focuses in particular on the digitalisation of HR, the implementation and support of SAP HCM systems, the implementation of complex collective agreements and the execution of extensive HR IT projects. In personnel controlling, he brings many years of experience in personnel cost planning, the preparation of HR key figures and reports, budget planning, and the implementation of variance analyses and forecasts. His cross-industry experience ranges from the public sector to transport companies and industrial enterprises to the healthcare sector.
He completed his degree in public administration (FH) from 1994 to 1998 at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Kehl.
