Joint Innovation Hub
Cindy Helinski received her doctorate in Business and Economics from the University of Münster, where she worked at the chair of Business Administration, in particular Organization, Human Resource Management and Innovation as well as at Institute for Innovation, Strategy, and Organization. In parallel, she worked at the Research Center for General and Textile Market Economy and additionally taught at national and international universities in the fields of empirical research, market research, and strategic management.
Her research focuses on sustainable business models, innovation and transformation processes, as well as strategic decision-making in the context of digitalization and sustainability, particularly in the areas of the circular economy and re-commerce. Since February 2026, she has been working as a research associate and project lead at the Joint Innovation Hub of the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI.
