Bilal Hinislioglu

Bilal Hinislioglu holds a degree in Business Information Systems and has joined the Joint Innovation Hub as a Fullstack Developer in May 2026. He completed his studies at Worms University of Applied Sciences, specializing in modern web development, system design, and software architecture.

Before joining Fraunhofer ISI, Hinislioglu worked at Fraunhofer IOSB, where he contributed to the further development and modernization of complex web-based applications. His focus was on optimizing existing systems and developing modern software solutions.

Hinislioglu has extensive experience in software development and strong expertise in developing modern web applications as well as designing and implementing scalable software solutions.

In addition, he has experience integrating AI-based solutions into modern software applications and developing systems that support business processes through intelligent automation. He also brings solid knowledge of software architecture, particularly in structuring, evolving, and scaling modern applications.
