Dr. Jonas Horlemann

Dr. Jonas Horlemann studied transport economics at the Technical University of Dresden and economics at the University of Münster. From 2019 to 2022, he worked as a consultant at Intraplan Consult on the economic assessment of transport infrastructure projects. From 2022 to 2024, he was a research associate at the Chair of Urban Structure and Transport Planning at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He completed his doctorate at TUM with a thesis on the evaluation of transport infrastructure projects in city regions.

Since November 2024, Dr. Jonas Horlemann has been a research associate in the Department of Sustainability and Infrastructure Systems at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI. His work focuses on modeling and evaluating transport policy measures and investigating new mobility services in the sharing economy.
