Researcher
Anne-Marie Thomas has been working as a researcher and PhD candidate in the business unit Climate Policy in the Department of Energy Policy and Energy Markets at Fraunhofer ISI since 2024. In her work, she focuses on the evaluation of policy and regulatory environments for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and Industry Decarbonisation in connection with CCS.
She studied business administration (B.Sc.) in Aachen and Liège, as well as Sustainability Management (M.Sc.) in Wuppertal, with a research stay in Nairobi. In her studies, she focused on industry transformation and energy technology.
Previously, she gained experience at other research institutions and in industry.
