Robin Alexander has been working as a researcher and PhD candidate in the Business Unit Climate Policy of the Department of Energy Policy and Energy Markets since 2022, where he was previously employed as research assistant.
His research work focusses on policies and instruments for the decarbonisation of the industrial sector.
Robin Alexander obtained his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen, and his Master's degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
In parallel to his academic education, he gathered working experience in companies in the energy sector.
