2007-2008 composer of “Estonian National Biotechnology Strategy 2008 – 2013”, working for Estonian Biotechnology Association. 2009-2010 Traineeship in EuropaBio (The European Association for Bioindustry) on regulatory affairs. Employed since March 2010 as a researcher in the Competence Center Emerging Technologies in the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in Karlsruhe. 

2016 PhD at the University of Utrecht. Dissertation supervised by Prof. Ellen Moors and Prof. Marko Hekkert, Titel: "Complexities in building innovation systems. The case of radical medical technologies."
