Dr. Franziska Kröger

Since January 2023 Dr. Franziska Kröger has been a researcher at the Joint Innovation Hub at Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in Karlsruhe.

In her former positions at Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA she worked on sustainability strategies, implementing strategies and innovation and product development processes in R&D and coordinated the strategic establishment of quality management in new business units. Accompanying this, she gained experience in agile management. In the bachelor program at the University of Mannheim and Tongji University in Shanghai she studied business engineering. Franziska Kröger completed a master´s degree in material engineering at the Technical University Clausthal. Between 2015 and 2019 she did a PhD in foundry technology on the subject of alloy development using statistical design of experiments.

Her research focuses on innovation management, agile and change management and innovation ecosystems.
