Studied business administration (industry) at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and Universidad Cardenal Herrera in Spain, and completed a master's degree in business education with English studies at the University of Mannheim. Academic and scientific activities in the department of English Studies at the University of Mannheim in the field of psycholinguistics, including teaching the course "Fundamentals of Quantitative Research Methods" as well as coordinating, monitoring and evaluating research projects.

Worked in international project management in companies in the fields of pharmaceutical manufacturing, nanotechnology, special machinery and plant engineering. Was also responsible here for the coordination of research and innovation projects in industry within the framework of funding programs of the EU, the German government and the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. Since February 2021, project coordinator at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in the Competence Center Energy Technology and Energy Systems.
