The strength of the Competence Center lies in the broad understanding of foresight as well as innovation and technology management. We analyze changes in society, industry and government in interaction with technological developments for our clients. Our focus are the current and future challenges to the societal system. We develop visions and future strategies for actors at the political level as well as decision-makers in companies, associations and NGOs. We are the specialists for interfaces.
Our core competencies are a sophisticated set of scientific methods. We offer our clients tailor-made and continuous process support in the areas of Foresight and Innovation Management. Our client support ranges from creative idea generation and the conceptual design via active monitoring up to evaluation.
This toolkit specially customized to meet these requirements, including modeling scenarios, initiating dialogs and conducting Delphi surveys. For our customers, we design creative workshops as well as guideline-based interviews and carry out online surveys. We model roadmapping processes in order to represent technology potentials and pathways.
