1994-1999: Teaching and pre-doctoral research fellow at the Institute of the History of Science and Technology, Technical University Aachen (RWTH Aachen), Germany.

Since 1999 scientist and consultant for Information and Communication Technologies, Innovation Research and Technology Assessment at the Fraunhofer ISI.
