Software SRinference for R (version 2.02)
The routines included in SRinference allow the user to compute the tests and confidence intervals for specialisation ratios described in Schubert and Grupp (2009). Before using the add-on package the user is required to install the R main program available under http://www.r-project.org. Both R and SRinference are distributed under GNU General Public License. The user recognises that SRinference comes with absolutely no warranty of correctness. Use is at own risk. You can find the Software here and the User Guide here.
