Dr. Luisa Sievers

Luisa Sievers studied physics and environmental economics at Humboldt University Berlin und Heidelberg University. She wrote her Diploma thesis in the field of monitoring greenhouse gases at the Institute for Environmental Physics, Heidelberg, in cooperation with the German Federal Environment Agency (2009). In 2020, she was awarded a PhD in Economics from the Universität der Bundeswehr München for a thesis on regional distribution effects of the German energy transition. Since 2010 she works at Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation research ISI.
