Experience

Simon Gloeser studied industrial engineering focused on chemical engineering, finance and environmental economics at the University of Technology Berlin. During his studies he accomplished several internships in the chemical industries and participated in student exchange programs with Tunisia, France and China. From 2007 to 2009 he worked as a student assistant at the chair of infrastructure politics of TU Berlin (WIP) where he primarily offered courses in microeconomics to undergraduates. In 2010 he wrote his diploma thesis for EVONIK Industries in the chemical park of Marl about the techno-economical analysis of gaining oleochemicals from vegetable oils. Since March 2011 Simon Gloeser is working for the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research in Karlsruhe.
