Transfer-X

The Transformation-Hub for KoPa35c is a knowledge transfer hub, designed to bolster the applications and dissemination of research findings, particularly from the KoPa35c projects, into tangible business practices.

Transfer-X empowers companies, with an emphasis on SMEs, to tap into the latest research outcomes. It allows them to tailor these findings to their unique needs and seamlessly integrate them into their operational practices. To streamline access to these research insights, the Transfer-X initiative is developing a digital transformation hub, envisioned as a comprehensive knowledge platform. A primary objective of Transfer-X is to present the outcomes of the KoPa35c research projects on this platform in a manner that is lucid, concise, and freely accessible. The platform adopts an all-encompassing approach, addressing all essential aspects required for the digital transformation of entire business ecosystems and value chains."

  • Establishment of a digital platform to serve as the primary contact point for knowledge transfer to SMEs in Germany.
  • Development of a standardized methodology to transform "transfer objects" (e.g., technologies and concepts) into effective transfer modules (i.e., concise thematic learning units) and overarching transfer paths (a structured sequence of various transfer modules).
  • Creation of initial transfer modules and comprehensive transfer paths for selected technologies and applications from the KoPa35c research projects.
  • Ensuring platform infrastructure to sustain the Transfer-X knowledge platform even after the project concludes.

 

 

  • Utilization of diverse media, didactic, and transfer formats for practical knowledge transfer and dissemination.
  • Analysis of transfer needs via interviews and various workshop formats (following the action research approach).
  • Design, testing, and validation of unique transfer formats and modules through workshops and surveys (action research).
